Robbie has been beaten and mugged on his housing estate, his step dad calls the police but they only serve to make things worse. Singled out as a grass, Robbie and his family are targeted again by the same gang of yobs. With the police unable to help, and the campaign of violence and intimidation intensifying; Robbie's stepfather is forced to take the law into his own hands.
